diverted to Lucknow. The diversion occurred as a precautionary measure after the crew detected a technical issue. The
aircraft landed safely in Lucknow, and all passengers received refreshments upon arrival. Arrangements are being made on
priority for an alternative aircraft.ANIAir India Express flight AIX 1253, operating from Varanasi to Delhi, was
diverted to Lucknow.An Air India Express flight traveling from Varanasi to Delhi was forced to make a precautionary
landing at Lucknow airport on Thursday morning after a cargo hold smoke detection alarm was triggered, according to
sources.Subsequent preliminary inspections conducted at Lucknow airport, however, revealed no evidence of smoke or fire
on board.Flight IX 1253, carrying 155 passengers, departed Varanasi airport at approximately 8:00 AM. Shortly into the
flight, the aircraft's cargo hold smoke alarm activated, prompting the pilot to notify Lucknow Air Traffic Control (ATC)

emergencyThe plane touched down safely in Lucknow at 8:52 AM, where airport emergency response units, fire crews, and
technical specialists immediately met the aircraft. All 155 passengers along with the crew members were safely deboarded

Initial checks confirmed no signs of smoke or fire inside the plane, and an investigation remains ongoing to pinpoint
